Pallet Racks

Pallet racking, also called beam pallet racking, adopts a cut-in composite structure. The uprights are formed by continuous punching and rolling, and the frame is assembled with uprights, bracings, and beams fixed to uprights via hooks. Safety locks tightly fasten beams and uprights to prevent beams from falling when forklifts load goods. The height of each layer can be freely adjusted in 50mm, 75mm, or 76.2mm increments, with each layer capable of bearing up to 4000kg.

It is convenient to load and unload pallets with goods using forklifts, such as front-move forklifts, balance-weight forklifts, and common forklifts. Steel panels, wooden panels, and decking can also be placed on beams instead of pallets. As the most common storage system, pallet racking is widely used in manufacturing, third-party logistics, distribution centers, supermarkets, and other fields.
